Explore your everyday wellness

Find your starting point.

Choose an area to see what people commonly notice, how it connects to the rest of the body, and where our formulations fit.

Understand it first

In Ayurveda, digestion — your agni, or digestive fire — sits at the centre of health. When it runs unevenly, the effects rarely stay in the stomach.

What people commonly notice

  • Bloating or gas after meals
  • Acidity or a burning feeling
  • Irregular or incomplete bowel movements
  • Low or erratic appetite

How it connects to the rest of the body

  • Food that isn't fully processed is said to leave residue (ama) that shows up as heaviness and low energy.
  • Digestion and sleep influence each other: a heavy late dinner often means a restless night.
  • Stress and skipped or irregular meals are among the most common everyday triggers.

Small daily habits that help

  • Eat at fixed times, with the largest meal at midday
  • Sip warm water; go easy on cold drinks
  • Keep dinner light and early

See a doctor if you have: Persistent pain, blood in the stool, unexplained weight loss, or trouble swallowing. This is educational guidance, not a diagnosis.

Why Ayurveda

Three doshas, one you.

Our process · Assessment first, always

First the reading,
then the remedy.

It’s the same order a good doctor works in — understand the body, then decide what it needs. Nothing here is recommended before we’ve read you.

Tell us what's going on

A structured assessment across constitution, digestion, sleep, energy and any conditions. It adapts as you answer, so you only get the questions that apply to you.

Get your Ayurvedic reading

Your answers are read against classical diagnostic logic to identify your constitution and where it's currently out of balance — reviewed by real practitioners.

See what's suited to you

A daily diet plan built around that reading, plus the formulations that fit — each one shown with the reasoning behind it, and only when it's genuinely needed.

Already have a lab report? Upload it first and the questions get shorter — it’s an optional head start, never a barrier.

Quality & batch reports

Herbs are tested batch by batch. Every bottle carries a QR code that opens the report for that batch, so you can see how your product was checked at every step.

What we won’t promise

Nothing here cures a chronic disease, and some herbs carry real cautions we’ll name rather than hide. Our assessment is educational, not a diagnosis.

What we hold ourselves to

The standards behind every reading.

Personalised

We read your body before we mention a product. A better label can't replace that.

Pure and proven

Classical Ayurveda with no Western nutraceuticals slipped in — traceable herb to bottle.

Rooted in the texts

Every formulation traces to the Charaka Samhita, the Bhavaprakasha, or the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia.

A way of life

The formulation is one input. How you eat, sleep and move does the rest.

Where we stand

We’d rather tell you the limits.

Ayurveda works on the cause underneath a symptom, and that takes time. Many people find their digestion settling in ten to fourteen days — that’s how the formulations were designed to work.

Nothing here cures a chronic disease, and some herbs carry real cautions we’ll name rather than hide. A brand willing to name a limit is worth believing on everything else.

What we’ll recommend
  • Foods and daily routines that suit your reading
  • Evidence-backed, traceable herbs — tested batch by batch
  • Strengthiva formulations, only if the reading calls for one
  • A clear reason behind every food, habit and herb
What we won’t promise
  • Instant cures or “magic pill” results
  • The same solution for everyone
  • Shortcuts to long-term health
  • Anything dressed up as a diagnosis

Questions

Before you begin.

The things people ask most. There’s more on the full FAQ page.

All questions →
What is a dosha, and why does it matter?

In Ayurveda, doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) describe the balance of energies that shape your physical and mental tendencies. Knowing your dominant dosha and current imbalances helps us recommend diet and lifestyle changes suited to your specific constitution, rather than generic advice.

How long does the health assessment take?

Most people finish in about 5 minutes. The number of questions adjusts based on your answers — for example, selecting a chronic condition adds a short set of follow-up questions specific to that condition.

Can I upload a doctor's prescription instead of taking the assessment?

Yes — use “Upload Existing Prescription” from the assessment page. We'll read the symptoms, duration, and prescribed items from it and pre-fill matching fields in the assessment so you don't have to re-enter what your doctor already told you.

Is my health information kept private?

Yes. Your assessment answers and any uploaded prescriptions are used only to generate your personal report and recommendations. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.

Are the recommended products reviewed by a real doctor?

Yes — product recommendations come from a curated list mapped by our Ayurvedic doctors to specific health conditions, not generated freely by AI.
